The Ohio Construction Information Association (OCIA) is a branch of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA) that is charged with providing information to the general public regarding the importance of maintaining efficient and safe highway and utility infrastructure systems in the State of Ohio; providing education regarding the benefits of a life-time career path in the heavy/highway construction industry; and carrying the views and voice of Ohio’s heavy/highway contractors into the public arena regarding transportation and related matters.
