Annual Conventions



OCA's version of a serious winter thaw, the Annual Convention draws members to high-profile destinations around the world. Members recharge with just the right blend of industry-relevant speakers and education programs, rich networking and relationship building opportunities, local history, entertainment and...FUN!

In 2020, the group relaxed on the island of Maui. In 2022, it will be in the Caribbean islands and Aruba. And in 2023 - it's off to Barcelona, Spain!
