OCA Winter Conference Monday Morning Sessions
Just a reminder that our sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3. We will have continental breakfast and sandwiches from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
OCA Convention in Riviera Maya – Deadline Approaching!
We would like to request that reservations for the convention be complete by the end of November if possible. We will continue to take reservations after that date if the rooms are available or until we reach our cutoff date with the hotel of January 14. As of the printing of this newsletter, there are no Signature Casita Suites available (this is an upgrade and not a part of our main contract). Our contracted rooms, Signature Casitas, are available. Final payment must be made by November 30 or full payment if you reserve after November 30, due to payments OCA must make to the hotel and our travel partner. Contact Rachel Sirca with questions.

The Hyatt is changing their on-line room registration system, so we won’t have that information until after the first of January. In the meantime, be sure to mark your calendars with the dates.
