OCA, Carpenters & Operators Agree to a One-Year Contract Extension
OCA's Labor Executive Committee (LEC) has agreed to a one-year labor agreement extension with the Carpenters and Operating Engineers, Local 18.
The new agreements are effective from May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021.
The agreements must be formally ratified by members of the two unions as well as members of OCA’s Labor Relations Division for the Carpenters and Operators. We expect that both will be ratified.
If you are a member of OCA’s LRD for one or both unions, your company will be receiving an email ballot. Please return the ballot as soon as possible as instructed on the ballot form.
OCA is also updating the Wage & Benefit Bulletin which will include new May 1, 2020 wages and benefits for the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Teamsters Statewide, and Teamsters Local 436, Cleveland Agreement. Watch for notice of the new bulletin in OCA’s E-newsletter and on our website at www.ohiocontractors.org.
