$125.00 - Hole Sponsor (company name at tee)
$ 40.00 - Dinner Only

To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by Monday, August 14. No-shows will be billed. Please notify us if you are inviting a public official or an employee of a public official to this event. If they attend, state law requires them to pay their own way. OCA, OCA member companies and employees of those companies are prohibited by law from paying for their attendance. To ensure compliance with state law, public officials or their employees are required to pay for their attendance to the event directly to OCA by check or credit card.
