OCA Winter Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

With the OCA Winter Conference going virtual in 2020 there are a number of new opportunities for you to share your message with an anticipated 400+ attendees to this new and engaging event. Logo banners in the virtual lobby, booth space in the live and interactive exhibit hall, conference sponsor and co-sponsor exposure, and even more exciting video ads/promos before each breakout session. 

Video Promo's/Ads
Before each breakout session begins, their will be an opportunity for you to run quick business promotion video. This can be as brief as a 30 second company promo or a 2 minute infomercial. These would be produced by you or an outside vendor and need to be delivered in an MP4 format (HD 1920 by 1080 preferred) no later then close of business November 20th. These spots can be purchased in 30 second segments as long as space is available. Multiple's of the 30 second spots can be purchased to create the length of your choice up to a 2 minute limit.

Pricing:
        $300 for the first 30 seconds
        $200 for each additional 30 seconds up to a maximum total of 2 minutes
       



          Conference Lobby Logo Opportunity


Everyone joining the conference will enter the Virtual Lobby when they log in to the event. Make sure your logo is the first one they see. In addition, you can have the logo linked to your website or directly to your virtual exhibit hall space if you also purchase a booth in the exhibit hall. The site will remain active for 30 days so people who miss the live event can log on at anytime in those 30 days and see your logo. Only 9 spots available for 30 days of exposure - $250

Exhibit Space


Secure a spot in our virtual Exhibit Hall. You can post video's, slide shows, PDF documents, have a slide presentation or link to your website. If you would like to virtually man your exhibit from 9:00am to 11:30am on Tuesday or Wednesday of the conference you can chat with people that stop by your booth either via text chat or one-on-one video chats. People can put your resource material in their SWAG bag and it will be emailed to them at the end of the conference. Training and support on setting up your booth will be provided. The site will remain active for 30 days so people who miss the live event can log on at anytime in those 30 days and see the recorded sessions and visit your exhibit space.

The main auditorium is where every person attending heads to see the keynote presentations and then head off to their breakout sessions. You logo can appear on this screen before every session (note - the conference will be available for 30 days for those who cannot attend the live days and you logo will hold this space). Co-Sponsors will get the logo space on either side of the main screen.
