Making your reservation (2 steps):
- OCA Convention Registration - Send your completed OCA Registration Form and Member Questionnaire to David Rule at [email protected]
- Airline Reservations - You will need to make your own airline reservations. The airport is Queen Beatrix International (AUA).
Payment Schedule to OCA
The full OCA registration amount is due BEFORE December 15th. Your hotel room must be reserved by December 15. OCA will continue to take reservations if rooms are still available, but there is no guarantee after December 22 - this is a deadline given to us by The Ritz-Carlton. Early registration is recommended. No partial registrations (i.e. partial week participation) will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees and room deposits are non-refundable. We apologize for these strict rules, but are bound by contracts with our hotel and travel partner. OCA is not responsible for costs associated with any cancellation, and will pass this cost on to you. If you cancel your room AFTER OCA releases unreserved rooms, then you will be responsible for the entire cost of the week, OCA will NOT BE responsible for your room. For excursions, if there is no penalty assessed by our on-site travel partner, then OCA will refund your excursion cost. Refunds will be issued after the convention. Please consider travel insurance.

Travel Insurance
You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. We understand that things can happen. You may want to consider optional travel insurance to cover an unexpected cancellation. This is not a service provided by OCA and must be purchased by you from a company of your choosing

Ohio Contractors Association and/or other sponsoring organization(s) act only in the capacity of Agent for the passenger in all matters relating to hotel, sight-seeing and transportation by airplane, motor bus, motor car, taxi, steamship, boat or other means of transportation and, as such Agent for the passenger, hold themselves free of any responsibility for loss, injury, accident, illness or for any additional expenses or inconveniences caused by delayed trains or airplanes or other means of transportation whether brought about by strikes, wars, Acts of God or due to the fault or negligence of any company or person entrusted with any of the above services or from any cause whatsoever. The right is reserved to make any alteration, addition, or omission in the program or schedule when, in our opinion, such alteration, addition, or omission is necessary for the comfort and well being of the group. Refunds will not be given for anything included in the travel programs not used at the discretion of the participant.
