In addition to OCA's busy year-round schedule of chapter level meetings, committee meetings and training programs, there are three signature events that draw members from around the state:

OCA Annual Conventions

OCA's version of a serious winter thaw, the Annual Convention draws members to high-profile destinations around the world. Members recharge with just the right blend of industry-relevant speakers and education programs, rich networking and relationship building opportunities, local history, entertainment and...FUN!

In 2020, the group relaxed on the island of Maui. In 2022, it was Aruba. In 2023 it's Barcelona, Spain!

Conaway Conference 2024

The Annual Conaway Conference will be held February 27 & 28, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus located at 350 N High St., Columbus, OH.

The 2023 OCA/ODOT Conaway Conference included a record 800+ registrants and two days of sessions and sharing.

The Keynote speaker was Maurice Clarett, "My Life, My Story, My Redemption".
