2022 OCA Hall of Fame Scholarship Awards

The OCA Hall of Fame Scholarship Taskforce recently met to review scholarship applications received.

We are grateful to OCA Advancement Foundation donors. This group has given generously to establish an endowment to fuel OCA programs designed to build awareness of careers in our industry, and to engage our workforce. It is their eye to the future that makes OCA’s Hall of Fame Scholarship Awards possible.

Special thanks to Taskforce Committee members Parr Peterson (Paul Peterson Company), Mike Dinneen (AGG Rok Materials), Jackie Guttman (The Ruhlin Company), and Chris Szabo (The Ruhlin Company), for their time, leadership and dedication to the future of the industry. Additional thanks go out to the many member firm representatives who took time to send in letters of recommendation for applicants.

Details of OCA's New Labor Agreements

In April, OCA’s Labor Relations Division successfully negotiated successor labor contracts with the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Teamsters. Details of the new agreements were forwarded to all members of OCA’s Labor Relations Division for review and ratification. Approval of all agreements was unanimous.

For those OCA members who work with union labor, but are not members of our Labor Relations Division, we are attaching copies of the tentative agreements with the above listed unions. The tentative agreements include any changes made in negotiations that will be included in the new agreements, once printed. Please click the links below to review the agreements.
