OCA members can now access the 2021-2024 OCA / IUOE, Local 18 Heavy Highway Agreement on the OCA website at www.ohiocontractors.org

You must first sign is with your OCA member credentials.  Next, click on the Labor & Employment Section, then click on the Labor & Employment Law Resources link at the bottom of the page.  Under the heading of, Highway Heavy Agreements, your will find the 2021-2024 agreement in PDF format. 

We are still awaiting copies of contract booklets from the printer.  We will make an announcement when they are available.  Thank you.
