Excellent Summary & Explanation of OSHA'S Vaccine Mandate ETS

OCA’s colleagues with our national affiliate, Associated Contractors of America (AGC), have prepared an excellent summary and explanation of OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), which mandates COVID-19 vaccines or testing by employers with one hundred or more employees.

Though the ETS is being legally challenged in multiple federal appeals court jurisdictions, employers should become familiar with the ETS rules, and consider preparations for compliance pending the outcome of the current challenges.
