In recent years, members participated in more than 80 programs and events, ranging from conferences, industry updates, committee meetings and social and sporting networking events, to targeted, industry-specific educational and training programs and workshops.


Members rely on OCA for industry education, training and professional development for both management and technical staff.  Designed to educate inform and provide opportunities to build relationships with key industry contacts, OCA offerings include the up-to-date training and knowledge critical for member success. Winter Conference
The largest in-state OCA event of the year, this two-day December conference fosters member camaraderie and features timely, industry-specific seminars, meetings, exhibits and presentations. Associate members take advantage of this opportunity to showcase products and services. The event culminates in OCA's Annual Business Meeting, including awards presentations and brunch to celebrate our industry's finest.  This year’s event will take place on December 9 and 10, 2019.

Annual Convention

OCA's version of a serious winter thaw, the Annual Convention draws members to high-profile destinations around the world. Members recharge with just the right blend of industry-relevant speakers and education programs, rich networking opportunities, local history, entertainment! In February 2019, travel to the Riviera Maya, Mexico. And in 2020, set your sites for Maui, Hawaii!

Conaway Conference

This yearly event, held in March, is a collaborative effort between OCA and ODOT. Attendees learn about the critical topics in the industry and find rich opportunities to network with more than 500 fellow industry professionals.
