Bent Tree is located next to our other course for the day, NorthStar Golf Club.  All golfers are invited to NorthStar for cocktails, dinner and door prizes immediately following the outing with dinner at 4:30.

We need your registrations by Wednesday, June 19.

               10:30 a.m. - Shotgun Start (Lunch on the course)
                4:30 p.m. (approximately) - Dinner & Prizes at NorthStar Golf Club, 1150 Wilson Road, Sunbury, OH 43074

Costs:   $150.00 per person
               $600.00 per foursome
               $500.00 - Beverage Cart Sponsor (company name on cart and special recognition at dinner and in event program)
               $125.00 - Hole Sponsor (company name at tee and special recognition at dinner and in event program)
               $  40.00 - Dinner Only

Door prizes - $25 - $40 value - Please Bring to the Outing

To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by Thurs., July 11.  No-shows will be billed.  Please notify us if you are inviting a public official or an employee of a public official to this event.  If they attend, state law requires them to pay their own way.  OCA, OCA member companies and employees of those companies are prohibited by law from paying for their attendance.  To ensure compliance with state law, public officials or their employees are required to pay for attendance to the event directly to OCA by check or credit card.
