OCA is offering two, three-hour interactive communication workshops on Wednesday, January 29.  Leading the programs will be Anthony Huey, President of Reputation Management Associates, national key-note presenter and consultant to numerous construction firms.  Participants have the option to attend one or both sessions, held at OCA, 1313 Dublin Road, Columbus, 43215.  Registration cost per person is $249 for one session or #399 to attend the full day.  Lunch is included for all participants.

Making your message clear: speeches, presentations and meetings will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This highly interactive session will teach attendees at every level of business more effective ways to communicate with clarity and purpose - to co-workers, customers, the public and a variety of others they deal with every day.

This is for your technical experts such as: field managers, superintendents, project managers, executive project managers - your business development team - and your more experienced team members running the company.

Participants will gain an understanding of:

Communicating in a Crisis will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This highly interactive session provides information on how to deal with the media - and 11 other audiences during a crisis.  Attendees learn how to respond to questions briefly and directly, with honesty and candor, and how to control the flow of information.

Whether it's your field or office managers, this is for anyone on your team that would be called upon to respond to the media or other audiences during a crisis on or off the jobsite.
