Toledo Chapter 31st Annual Scholarship Golf Outing 9-21-2020
Register Now for the OCA Toledo Chapter 31st Annual Scholarship Golf Outing, scheduled for Monday, September 21 at the Toledo Country Club. Registration with 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. tee times.
* Due to current pandemic guidelines the following changes have been implemented for the 2020 golf outing.
We are asking each team to designate a team captain to represent each foursome at registration. The team captain will register the entire group and immediately direct their group to the assigned starting hole. Detailed instructions will be given to the team captain prior to the event. This process is to practice safe distancing and eliminate gathering at the registration area.
Tee Times: Instead of a Shotgun Start, we will be scheduling Tee Times for each group. Tee times begin at 11:30 a.m. and will run through 1:30 p.m. with groups teeing off in 10-minute increments from holes 1 and 10. Each team captain will be contacted with their team's tee time.
Physical Distancing: There will be no group gathering before the start of the outing and dinner will be served afterward in a physically distanced seating area.
Contests: We will still be having contests on the course and winners will be notified afterward with prizes mailed to the recipients.

* Scramble Format
* 18 holes of golf with cart (two per cart)
* Refreshments on course
* Awards: Team Low Score/Longest Drive/Longest Putt/Closest to the Pin (awards will be mailed if needed)
Time: Teams will be notified of registration and tee times. Box lunch on carts followed by cocktails and dinner.
Cost: $175 per person (includes golf/cart/lunch

To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by Monday, September 14. No-shows will be billed. Please notify us if you are inviting a public official to this event. If they attend, state law requires them to pay their own way. OCA, OCA member companies and employees are prohibited by law from paying for their attendance. To ensure compliance with state law, public officials or their employees are required to pay for attendance to the event directly to OCA by check or credit card.
