Cleveland & Akron-Canton College CFAD Program 10-14-22
The OCA Cleveland & Akron-Canton Chapters are pleased to announce, with support from our partner Construction Employers Association (CEA), the annual College Rich DiGeronimo Constructor for a Day program. The program will be held Fri., Oct. 14 at the Holiday Inn Cleveland South in Independence.
The program strengthen ties between contractors and students attending local universities and majoring in construction.
Students are paired with contractors to spend a morning touring local job sites and facilities to see firsthand practical applications of their education in use. The program also provides area contractors the opportunity to encourage students to stay in the Northeast area to work.
ITINERARY OF EVENTS:
8:00 a.m. - Registration and Breakfast
9:15 a.m. - Students & Contractors leave for job sites
12:30 p.m. - Return to Holiday Inn Cleveland South for lunch & career fair
2:30 p.m. - Program Concludes
