Register Now for the Columbus Chapter Golf Outing scheduled for Monday, July 18 at New Albany Country Club.
Four Person Tournament
Contests, Door Prizes, Winning Team Trophies
Door prizes will be accepted at registration.
Prizes awarded for longest drive and longest putt.
There will be a drawing to benefit the Columbus Chapter Scholarship Fund.
If you aren't able to golf, please consider the opportunity to sponsor the event by being a hole, beverage cart or reception sponsor.
Times: 9:00 a.m. - Registration
10:15 a.m. - Shotgun Start
$1000.00 per foursome (includes lunch, dinner, beverages on the course, practice range, sleeve of golf balls & golf)
$ 600.00 - Beverage Cart Sponsor (company name on one cart and recognition in OCA newsletter)
$ 500.00 - Reception Sponsor (company name on signage at reception and in OCA newsletter)
$ 150.00 - Hole Sponsor (company name at tee and recognition in OCA newsletter)
$ 65.00 - Dinner Only
$ 20.00 - Mulligans for the team sold at registration

To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by Monday, June 27. No-shows will be billed. Please notify us if you are inviting a public official or an employee of a public official to this event. If they attend, state law requires them to pay their own way. OCA, OCA member companies and employees of those companies are prohibited by law from paying for their attendance. To ensure compliance with state law, public officials or their employees are required to pay for attendance to the event directly to OCA by check or credit card.
