Eastern Ohio Chapter Golf Outing 8-25-17
Register Now for the OCA annual Eastern Ohio Chapter Golf Outing scheduled for Friday, August 25 at the Cadiz Country Club.

Scramble (four person) Tournament

SHOTGUN START AT 9:00 AM

Proper attire must be worn by all players (soft spikes, collared shirts, no jeans or cut-off shorts)

Reservation and Pre-Payment Deadline - August 18th.

Please encourage your employees to participate and invite your "valley" business associates and vendors to join us for the day.  Potential new OCA members are always welcomed to join in the fun!  Let's have a great turnout this year!

Times:
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Registration
9:00 a.m. - Shotgun Start
Lunch will be provided at the turn
Awards and prizes immediately following golf (on course beverages during play)

Cost:
$130.00 per person (price includes golf/lunch/steak dinner)
$150.00 - Hole Sponsorship
$  30.00 - Dinner Only

To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by Friday, August 18. No-shows will be billed.  Please notify us if you are inviting a public official or an employee of a public official to this event.  If they attend, state law requires them to pay their own way.  OCA, OCA member companies and employees of those companies are prohibited by law from paying for their attendance.  To ensure compliance with state law, public officials or their employees are required to pay for attendance to the event directly to OCA by check or credit card.
