This event has been a proven way to strengthen ties between contractors and students attending local universities and majoring in construction and/or civil engineering. The students are invited to spend a day touring local job sites and facilities to see firsthand practical applications of their education in use. This also provides area contractors the opportunity to encourage students to stay in the Youngstown area to work.
