Please submit by the 15th of each month following the reporting period.  Retain a copy of your receipt for your records.

Hours can be submitted online or manually via USPS using the PDF provided below.

Please list the labor hours worked on any contracts during the monthly reporting period.

**IMPORTANT ONLINE NOTES**

• This option is only available to OCA DIRECT PAYERS; this is not available if you pay through your union.
•  Online entries must be rounded up to the nearest whole number for hours submitted.
• Online payments must be made at Cart Checkout - DO NOT SELECT PAY LATER

DUES REQUIREMENTS

All OCA Contractor Members are required to pay working dues

• OCA rate is fourteen cents per hour ($.14)
• Ohio Construction Information Association fund payment (OCIA) rate is five cents per hour ($.05).
• Rates are for all labor hours worked on any highway, heavy, airport, railroad, municipal, utility, and in some limited areas, building projects.  Payments must be made monthly and must include the hours of all heavy/highway crafts, even if they are not a signatory with OCA.  (ex. ironworkers, electricians, bricklayers)

OCA Members who are signatory to OCA’s Heavy/Highway and or Building Agreements

• May transmit working dues and OCIA payments with their Union fringe benefit contributions
• Funds transmitted to Unions will be forwarded to OCA
• Signatory contractors may use this form to transmit dues and OCIA payments directly to OCA
• Unions not signatory with OCA (ex. ironworkers, electricians, bricklayers) must use this form to report hours and make payments directly to OCA

OCA Members who are Open Shop Contractors

• Must use this form and make payments directly to OCA
• Rates are fourteen cents ($.14) for working dues
•  Rates are five cents ($.05) for OCIA
•  Rates are for all labor hours worked on heavy, highway, airport, railroad, municipal/utility, and applicable building projects during the monthly reporting period

CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF OHIO CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (OCA) WHO SIGN LABOR CONTRACTS NEGOTIATED BY OCA ARE CONTRACTUALLY BOUND TO PAY ALL DUES, INDUSTRY FUND, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENTS SET FORTH IN THOSE CONTRACTS.  

• May transmit working dues, OCIA, and Administrative fee payments with their Union fringe benefit contributions
  • OCA audits union forms to ensure that signatory contractors meet contractual obligations to submit payments
• Funds transmitted to Unions will be forwarded to OCA
• May use this form to transmit dues and OCIA payments directly to OCA
