OCA to host full-day program for your HR Professionals - Friday, May 3
Would gaining information about current HR issues and building a network of industry peers be beneficial to your HR team? Based on feedback from our previous HR programs, we hear the answer is YES!
That's why OCA staff worked with a team of industry professionals within our membership to develop this program.
The program will be held at The Conference Center at OCLC, 6600 Kilgour Pl., Dublin, 43017 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and includes lunch. Registration is $129 per person.
The event will include morning presentation led by Deborah S. Adams who recently retired from practicing law at Frost Brown Todd. Deborah continues to assist employers with internal investigations and training needs (groups and individuals). She also is available to provide mediation services in personnel disputes.
Her morning presentation will cover the topics of EEO, compliance resources regarding the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and conducting a Harassment Free Workplace.
Afternoon roundtable topics will include discussions around new hire orientation and re-orientation (after layoff), social media policies and the process of workplace investigation.
