The program: Communicating in a Crisis will feature several strategies and tips on how to respond to the media and others when in a crisis.

This session provides information on how to deal with the media - and other audiences - during a crisis. Attendees learn how to respond to questions briefly and directly, with honesty and candor, and how to control the flow of information.
